Personal Messages. 3.

Lovely people,

I just wanted to talk to you about what happened after opening the gate.

It has been a tough process and I am still recovering from what happened last September. My body needs time to integrate these high energies hence there have been no new messages.

The divine world felt that I needed more rest and time for recovery.

I do have a very nice "exercise" for you that I still use regularly.

I learned this in the early nineties of the last century. In my work I have handed this over many times. They are high creative powers it is as follows:

Build a golden bowl in your mind, see a pure white rose drop in it, pure love.

Then a golden sun comes out and from the horizon, a flaming golden sun, a sun like this, for example, sets by the sea. Let it rest there for a moment then put everything in the bowl that you want to change. You can literally put everything in it to the world.

If you do it for yourself, you don't need the bowl, but put it in your heart, these symbols. Let them rest for a moment and then ask for the transformation of everything that lies there into the divine plan, all your blockages and your sorrows.

You will see when you do this on a regular basis that everything will change, your life will improve.

Just start twice a week. See for yourself what feels good for you. If you don't see anything that's okay, you just say that it happened then it happened. Know that this is a safe way to get home

This is a "metaphor" that the Christ gave me when I went through a difficult period. He told me the following.

An adventurer sets off, he has a goal and he wants to achieve that goal anyway.

On his way he comes across many things

, sometimes very difficult ones, but he keeps an eye on his goal.

Eventually he gets to where he is before the road starts, the last mists are dissolved and the face is big and wide to silence.
